Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know travel plans can shift. Below are the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling:

Cancellations

  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • Up to 30 days before your tour:
    70% refund.

  • From 15 to 29 days before the tour:
    50% refund.

  • 7 days or less before the tour:
    No refunds.

Please note: Refunds are made in the original payment method and may take up to 15–30 business days to process.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible with at least 72 hours’ notice, and depends on availability.

  • If not notified in time, a penalty fee may apply.

  • Once a tour is rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits and any tours booked between December 18 – January 5 are non-refundable.

  • “No-shows” (not arriving within 30 minutes of the confirmed pickup time) are also non-refundable.

  • Reductions in group size may not be eligible for refund.

Force Majeure

In case of extraordinary events such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Acts of war, civil unrest, or terrorism

→ A refund will be processed, minus a 10% fee.
Note: The following are not considered force majeure:

  • Personal illness

  • Weather conditions

  • Missed alarms or late arrivals

  • Change of personal plans

All refunds will be calculated in Mexican Pesos and converted using the exchange rate on the day of your original payment.
